These policies are in place so that clients that wish to be on a waiting list for an earlier spot can be contacted. I respect your busy schedule and want to make sure everyone is treated fairly.
- LATE: Typically I treat more than one person a day. To ensure that a client’s lateness does not affect the next client, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will need to reschedule.
- BEFORE PROCEDURE PREPARATION: To ensure that we can go ahead with the procedure on as scheduled, please discuss the preparation rules with staff. If a client does not follow the preparation procedures, such as not drinking alcohol 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the reschedule policy will apply. We take pride in our work and want to take all precautions necessary to ensure the best result.
- OLD TATTOOS : If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be emailed and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas and, in some cases, the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results.
Aftercare Instructions are provided to achieve optimal results, however, there is no guarantee made as per results as we have no control over what happens during the healing process.
